SHIPPING POLICY

Made to Measure

Measurements are taken and confirmed with you before your order is placed and before any payment is taken. Every piece is then cut and finished to those measurements.

Standard delivery is 30 to 45 days from confirmation of order and measurements. Timelines during wedding and festive season may be longer, and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery within India

Delivery is complimentary across India.

Orders are dispatched once the piece is complete and quality-checked. Tracking details will be shared with you by WhatsApp or email at the time of dispatch. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days thereafter.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International shipping charges will apply, and are billed at cost.

Any customs duties or import taxes levied in the destination country are payable by the customer. These vary by country and are outside our control.

International delivery typically takes 7 to 12 days after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are complete and correct. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, and re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays

Occasionally a courier or customs delay occurs that is beyond our control. We will keep you informed and follow up on your behalf, but we are unable to accept liability for delays once a parcel has left us.
