REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchange

As all our garments are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Manufacturing Defects

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.

Alterations

The first alteration is complimentary, and is our commitment to getting the fit right. Subsequent alterations are chargeable, depending on the work required.

Alterations arising from a change in the customer's measurements after the order is placed, or from a change of preference, are chargeable from the first instance.

Requests for alteration must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 30 to 45 days from confirmation of order and measurements. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
